Written on December 26th, 2014 by

The latest version of Traffic Travis (version number: 4.2.0.6184) has just been released. Please update your copy of Traffic Travis now. You can download Traffic Travis for free.

What Has Been Added?

We've added a service to back up and restore your project databases. To create a backup, to go the menu and click on "Service > Database Backup." Then click on the "Start backup" button to create the database archive. The following windows will appear:

Please notice that during the backup copy creation or database restoration, all current tasks will be canceled.

To restore a database, click on "Service > Database Restore," then select the date to restore from, and click "Next." In the next window, you will have an option to select a single database to restore or all of them. Press "Next" again to start the restore project. You will see a message recommending that you check restored projects before working with them.

You can schedule a regular reminder about creating a backup copy under "Backup Options" and in the folder where backups will be stored.

What Has Been Changed?

We have changed the keyword density calculation for phrases. Now it will be based on the number of words in the keyword phrase: e.g., if page contains 500 words, the keyword phrase has 3 words and this keyword phrase appears twice in the text, then the keyword density will be (3*2)/500*100 = 1.2 percent.
